Fullstack Job: PHP Fullstack Developer

Position Summary:

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a full stack Developer. This job may be fully remote.

You will be joining the largest provider of outsourced physician services in the world!

As a full-stack developer, you will join a small team of passionate developers who are building and

maintaining a highly available mission-critical AWS cloud-native distributed radiology information system.

You will help maintain and scale a platform that facilitates the reading of 30m+ radiology studies annually. You

will be working closely with our support and solutions team. Your position is primarily on PHP (Symfony

Monolith / Laravel Microservices) and Angular. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest

technologies such as AWS Lambdas, SQS, SNS, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, Docker, and more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Migrating monolith (Symfony) modules to microservices (Laravel).
• Collaborating with management, other developers to design and implement, and integrate new
• functionalities with the rest of our stack (PHP, C# backend, and Angular front)
• Implement and maintain unit and integration tests.
• Conduct code and design reviews for completeness and best practices.
• Communicate/demo features built to various stakeholders.
• Assist QA team testing and other developer’s code and deploying features built.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing software.
• Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects.

Minimum Technical Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing PHP enterprise applications using PHP frameworks
• (Symfony and Laravel).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing single-page apps using Angular 8+
• Solid experience building distributed, fault-tolerant, cloud-native applications using microservices,
• caches, and event-driven architecture (AWS, RabbitMQ, Redis)
• Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL and Postgres SQL)
• Preferred Technical Qualifications:
• Experience with Linux platforms
• Experience with AWS S3, Lambda, SNS, SQS, API Gateway, Cognito, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch
• Experience with containers such as Kubernetes and Docker

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Willingness to try new technologies and ability to grasp and learn quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From R$20,014.40 per month
